Key Duties:
- Processing customer orders and updating systems
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Supporting complaint resolution and escalating issues when required
- Managing incoming calls and correspondence
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
